I'm new here but everyone else is here too and im not new to forums.I know a small very small forum who wants to challenge other small forums.You know like our top 10-20 versus there top 10-20 players.I swear you and i have to look into this my friend.I think this is something that no other forum(s) is doing.

They were throwing around the challenge in there thread but never really left their forum with it.Kinda talking shit and not really doing anything about it The players there.They pretty much play on Full Tilt and Pokerstars.But said they would think about going to other sites..And there forum is primarialy a "Staking Forum"But its worth looking into.Search:CardMafia

ok deano im with you here. ...ive said it for ages that the way to move smaller forums forward is to have a forum versus forum challenge.....i too know of maybe 2 who would be interested in a challenge.....how many players would be required thou ...5 players per team sounds good.....reason for which being some forums will have overlapping players....and the larger forums could have several teams ....what do you all think 5 per team also allows you to set up sngs which will assist in organising games....

And Alan i dont want to jump the gun.But only 5 mate?I think over the next couple days/weeks/ this place is only gonna be bigger?How would we distinguish the 5 eligable to play?Cause i know the both of us want too.Theres two right there?

ok i need refreshed about the monday game......not often i cant remember but on this occassion im stumped m8......ok back to the question regarding 5...i suggested this for a few reasons....numero uno being....can you imagine how difficult it would be to set something like this up from scratch...so that it would suit all forums...times of their own forum games not to mention the time zone differences.....having 5 per team removes alot of these cos they can be set up instantly.....another plus for 5 per team is a team of five can be set up easily....and the 5 dont need to be the same 5 every time which gives even greater flexabilty....lets see how many forum s are interested and we can refine the details

well ive approached one of the forms i had in mind and ive posted to see if there is any interest in this ....i spoke to the forum owner and he is happy to be involved......i am sticking to my suggestion of 5 players per team.....unless anyone can convince me of a better way to orginise this.....and i suggest holding it on .com/carbon for obvious reasons......whos keen?????????????????????????????????

Me too actually alan i sent him(mafia forum admin) a PM yesterday night.I didnt want to post it in his forum.So i'll be waiting patiently for his responce.

I think those forums may be a little to big for Perfect Poker.But its worth looking into.

i disagree deano.....thats why i suggested 5 players per team....any forum could get into this...even if you only had 5 members.....the larger ones can decide which 5 to feild.....i have spoken to 2 forums now and both are raring to go....one i am a mod on and they are squabbling over who is in whos team allready and are gonna have a playoff to decide on team A and team B lol.... ....

ok im gonna keep spamming this till someone replies saying either......"ok al we have a team and are ready to accept your challenge"... ....or......"piss off we aint interested"....... ....im kinda getting the impression it is the later lol/......

lol ty for the reply.. ..i thought noone was into the idea ,but i liked it and have been busy trying to find forums who may be interested....i have 1 other so far and have orginised a team to go to battle with allready....apoligies but as there was little responce i wanted to be involved in this and the forum ive made a team on were moving fast to pick teams.....i really beleive this is a good way to get your forum moving thou as it keeps a level of interest going and would be keen to give a team of your chosen 5 players a game....i would be interested in joining a team here against any other forums thou......
